LEADERSHIP

Lead Pastor

Pastor Marco is the lead and founding pastor of Radiant Bay City. He and his wife Kari have a passion for seeing people’s lives changed by the power and the presence of God. He is passionate about teaching God’s Word and seeing people discipled in the local church. When not doing ministry, he enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with his family.

Finance Manager

Kari manages the finances at Radiant Church with a keen eye for detail and a love of numbers! She is married to Pastor Marco and is the mother of their two beautiful children. She also manages the Radiant Store where you can find all of your favorite Radiant gear. In her free time, she loves to read, explore Michigan in all of its beautiful seasons, and make memories with her family by her side.

Worship Ministry

Pastor Jacob has been the Worship Pastor at Radiant Bay City since June of 2022. His passion is to create a distraction free environment for people to encounter the presence of God in our corporate times of prayer and worship. During his free time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and eating delicious smoked meat with family and friends.

Radiant Kids

Pastor Sarah is the Children’s Director at Radiant Bay City and has been serving faithfully in our Children’s Ministry since 2018. Sarah and her husband, Andy, have a passion to walk alongside men and women in this city as they raise up the next generation of disciples for Jesus. When not doing ministry, she enjoys going on adventures with her family, scrapbooking those adventures, and reading new books.

Connections Ministry

Marcus’ passion is to help others become more like Jesus through spiritual formation within community. He is married to his wife Martha and they have two cats—Kitty and Gizmo. Outside of ministry he spends his time enjoying good food with his wife and friends, gaming, and reading/studying at local cafes!

Administrative Assistant

Victoria is the administrative assistant to Pastor Marco and has been in this role since September of 2020. She and her husband Jonathan have a passion for missions, blended families, and cultivating deep individual relationships with others. Outside of ministry, she enjoys spending time with her family, praise dance, and helping moms as a doula.

Media Team Director

James Dupree is the Tech Director at Radiant Church Bay City. He is passionate about emphasizing the movement of the Holy Spirit and capturing moments of glory for the edification of the Church.

Pastor Lee is the founding and senior pastor of Radiant Church and is the founder and president of the Radiant Network. He and his wife, Jane, began Radiant Church in 1996 with the same mission it has today: to lead people to become radiant disciples of Jesus Christ.

Pastor Mike is the lead pastor of Radiant Church Jackson and is passionate about helping people become followers of Jesus, live in freedom, and discover their God-given purpose in life. He and his wife, Jennifer are committed to helping others experience the life God has for them.

Pastor Jeremy is the founder and lead pastor of Radiant Church Ann Arbor. At the age of 20, he had an encounter with the presence of God and has since spent his life working to create places where others can experience the presence of God and be transformed by Him.
